Chrome plating process
Each flight bar follows a production cycle of about 4 hours. The available surface finishes are bright chrome and satin chrome, the latter according to various standards such as CM613, CM609 by FCA or Silky Chrome by Volvo. The microdiscontinuity of the chromium coating can be obtained through microporous or microcracked nickel technologies, depending on the reference market of the part.
